宣傳板位預約系統
1. 申請方法 i. 申請抽籤的期限為五星期前的第一個工作天下午二時至該星期五正午。 ii. 任何在星期五正午後遞交的申請表將不獲接納。 iii. 申請表可在學生會辦事處索取。 2. 抽籤程序 i. 遞交申請表格時,申請單位會被分發一個號碼作抽籤用。 ii. 抽籤將會於星期五下午四時由學生會幹事或學生會辦事處職員於學生會辦事處進行。 iii. 每次抽籤將會抽出二十個屬會。 iv. 抽籤結果將於學生會辦事處外的佈告板及學生會網站 (www.hkusu.net)公佈。 3. 可預約板位的上限 i. 每個屬會每次最多只可預約五個類別的宣傳板,而每個類別只可預約一個板位 4. 預約程序 i. 被抽中獲得優先權的屬會須在第一個工作天早上九時三十分到學生會辦事處進行預約手續。預約先後次序將根據抽籤結果的排名進行。(屬會應提早到達,根據抽籤結果排隊,以確保預約過程順利。) ii. 預約將根據抽籤結果的排名順序進行,到其號碼而未出現的屬會將自動失去其預約權,並且會根據內務守則處分。 5. 剩餘資源 i. 所有剩餘的宣傳板位將於第二個工作天接受預約。其預約手續請參考內務守則甲部。 6. 其他學生會資源預約 i. 宣傳板位外的學生會資源將於第一個工作天下午二時接受預約。其預約手續請參考內務守則甲部。 此系統將於三月九日生效,屬會如要預約四月十三至十九日的宣傳板位,須在三月十三日正午十二時前將申請表交到學生會辦事處。宣傳板位預約系統將在一個月後檢討成效。抽籤系統將以甲部附錄一的形式增加到內務守則。三月六日後,同學可以到學生會辦事處索取新修定的內務守則或查閱學生會網站。 如有任何查詢,可聯絡行政秘書鄭丞軒 (電話: 6676 6061/電郵: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ). 香港大學學生會 行政秘書 鄭丞軒 二零零九年二月四日
New fixed boards allocation system
1. Application method
i. The period of application will be five weeks in advance. It shall open at 1400 on the first working day of the week and close at 1200 of that Friday. ii. No application received after noon of Friday will be considered. iii. The application forms will be available at the Union General Office. 2. Drawing Procedures i. When handed in the application form, the applicant will be assigned an unique number. ii. The drawing will be held in the Union General Office at Friday 1600, administered by an Union Executive or an Office Staff. iii. 20 sub-organisations will be drawn. iv. The result will be publicised on the notice board outside the Office and on the Union website (http://www.hkusu.net) 3. Limit on booking of boards i. Sub-organisations can book from maximum of five categories, from which each sub-organisations can only book one board from the five categories of their choice. 4. Booking Procedures i. Sub-organisations on the priority list are required to arrive at the Union General Office at 0900 on the first working day of the week for the booking of fixed board. The booking will be done according to the order of precedence as shown on the priority list. (Sub-organisations are advised to arrange themselves in such order to ensure the process to be as smooth as possible.) ii. Bookings will be handled from 0930 onward, sub-organisation failed to appear at their turn will automatically lose their priority and shall receive penalty as stipulated in the Internal Regulation. 5. Remaining Resources i. Any remaining fixed boards will be available for booking on the second working day. The booking of these resources will be done in accordance to the procedure specified in the Internal Regulation Section I. 6. Booking of other Union facilities i. Resources other than the fixed boards will be available for booking from 1400 of the first working day. The booking of these resources will be done in accordance to the procedure specified in the Internal Regulation Section I.
These arrangements will be effective from 9th March, 2009. This means for booking of Fixed boards on the week of 13th-19th April, 2009, sub-organisations will need to hand in the application form to the Union Office no later than 1200 on 13th March, 2009. These drawing procedures shall become a part of the Internal Regulation as Appendix I of Section I. This appendix together with other amendments to the Internal Regulation to accommodate this System will be made effective at 0000 on 9th March, 2009 subject to review in one month time. This new version of the Internal Regulation will be available online and can also be obtained from the Union General Office from 6th March, 2009.
