Uni-Juicy停業 Print E-mail

各位同學，

籌備一年多的Uni-Juicy 終能於今年八月初試業，試業是為了測試其運作及聽
取同學之意見，以作改善。從這一個多月來的觀察所得，
可見其運作大致暢
順，但當中仍有需要改善的地方。故此，總結經驗，Uni-Juicy將會停業一段
時
間作最後的調整和預備。務求令同學見到一間更臻完善，更受歡迎的Uni-
Juicy。

-highly appreciate the aims of setting up a "social enterprise" in HKU
to raise studetns concern. nowadays, hku students are too dedicated in hall
concept which is a little bit distorted i guess.
the messages can be spreaded
by putting board in the shop.

-the price is ok, however, the taste and the
efficiency has room to improve. actually, i have tried the uni-juicy in CUHK. it
seems that they are more experienced and familiar with the menu.

-when i
talk about the uni-juicy with friends, they said it is relatively expensive and
starbucks cake is much worthed. Somehow, I understood starbucks is so-called in
higher class. my reponse to them is that which concept do you prefer, an
american giant exploiting farmer in the 3rd world country or a local shop
helping society. However, it is not that persuasive to them.
